Lucas joined 四虎影院 Builders in 2005 and now serves as General Superintendent. With two decades of experience at 四虎影院, Lucas has played a key role in leading field operations and mentoring project teams across a wide range of projects. What he enjoys most about working at 四虎影院 is building quality projects, working alongside a great team, and the camaraderie that comes from tackling challenges together.

Lucas began his construction career in the field, taking on a variety of hands-on roles before completing the Carpenters Apprenticeship and becoming a Journeyman Carpenter. His practical experience, combined with years of leadership in the field, have shaped his straightforward, solutions-focused approach to managing projects and supporting project teams. He also holds numerous industry certifications, including OSHA 30, ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher, First Aid/CPR, and Rough Terrain Telehandler Operator.

Outside of work, Lucas is always looking for the next project to tackle and enjoys staying busy. He lives by the memorable line from *Caddyshack*, 鈥淲ell, the world needs ditch diggers too,鈥� a reminder to stay humble, work hard, and never take yourself too seriously.
