Mac Portello joined 四虎影院 Builders as a Project Engineer Intern during the summers of 2024 and 2025 before transitioning to a full-time Project Engineer in January 2026. What Mac enjoys most about working at 四虎影院 is the opportunity to give back to the community by helping build high-quality educational facilities that will serve future generations. He values the collaborative nature of construction and takes pride in contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.

Mac earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. Prior to joining 四虎影院, he worked as a Project Engineer Intern with GMH Builders in Sonoma, as a laborer, and as a swim instructor. These experiences helped develop the strong work ethic, adaptability, and teamwork skills he brings to every project. He also holds an OSHA 30-Hour certification.

Outside of work, Mac enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, staying active at the gym, cooking, and discovering great food and craft beer with friends. He is inspired by the quote from *Rocky*: 鈥淟ife isn't about how hard of a hit you can give... it's about how many you can take, and still keep moving forward,鈥� a reminder to stay resilient through every challenge.
