Valentina joined 四虎影院 Builders as an intern in 2020 and now serves as Senior Marketing Coordinator. What Valentina enjoys most about working at 四虎影院 is sharing the company's story with future interns, students, clients, and industry partners. Through proposals, recruiting, marketing initiatives, and company events, she enjoys using creativity to showcase 四虎影院's culture and the people who make it a great place to work. She especially values the empowering, family-oriented environment that has shaped her career.

Valentina earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay and holds an OSHA 30 certification. Prior to joining 四虎影院, she worked as a swim instructor, stadium suite attendant, and project coordinator while completing college.

Outside of work, Valentina enjoys spending time with family and friends, backpacking in the mountains with her husband, JD, and exploring the outdoors. Valentina lives by the quote, 鈥淣o act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted,鈥� a philosophy that guides both her personal life and the way she connects with others.
